INGREDIENTS

  • 3 endives, leaves separated
  • 1 green apple
  • ¼ cup chopped candied pecans
  • ¼ cup of pecorino cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of Chuck Hughes White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Finely chop and combine ingredients in bowl
  2. Spoon onto endives
